        • What went well?
          • Listing some (not all) of the Vestry’s answers to this question:
          • More involvement in the community, Solar Project inspired us to go geothermal, received donations from a broad spectrum of people, Vestry now has the problem of dealing with a surplus, used the process to rebrand, because of the community needs assessment we realized synergies with other organizations, we grow on Sunday mornings, we have a school that is functioning and a magnet, we have a functioning Bus
        • What didn’t work?
          • Listing some (not all) of the Vestry’s answers to this question:
          • Poor communication, misinformation campaign, we didn’t recognize that the absence of information is important, not unified leadership, disrupted giving patterns, we didn’t do a good job of asking outside the parish, we didn’t think outside the box on how to receive donations or kinds of donations, sticking to Vestry list and not getting Parish input, missing an age group’s input, we got too broad and became dilutive
        • Discussion ensued involving Vestry members answering these questions
      • Timing for Capital Campaign (Rev. Peter)
        • Andi Tillman would like to visit in January for an organizational meeting
        • There would be a Sunday morning component as well
        • Date to be forthcoming
