Throughout the course of 2017, Trinity will be celebrating it's 175th annivesary with a variety of programs designed to honor our past while inviting everyone to help create our future. We invite you to come celebrate with us!
The first public service of the Episcopal Church in Covington was held on Sunday evening, May 8, 1842. The cornerstone of a first first small church at the current location on 5th and Madison was laid on June 24, 1843, and the first divine service was held on June 30, 1844. The church buildings and grounds went through several updates over the following decades, ending in its current form on Thanksgiving Day of 1888. See our History Page for more details on the history of the church from 1842 to the present day.
