Weather Update: 2022 Rummage Sale!!!!
Update: Despite the possible incoming winter weather, we are still having the Rummage Sale on Saturday, March 12, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., as scheduled. We have snow clearance services on standby if necessary, along with a trusty snow-blower and our shovels. We look forward to seeing you!

2022 marks 32 years of the ECW Rummage Sale at Trinity. The building of Trinity is transformed from gigantic piles of boxes and racks to many shopping areas; then back to neatness in a mere 5 days. To accomplish this near “miracle” we need your help and there are many ways to volunteer.
We will begin moving things from the basement after Adult Forum on March 6 and begin unpacking from Wednesday, March 9 through Friday, March 11. The sale will be held in the May Room, halls, and classrooms on Saturday, March 12, beginning at 9:00. During the sale we will follow COVID protocols such as masking, etc.
In Addition:
In 2019, the ECW held a popular preview party and we plan to have this party again. Trinity members and their guests are invited to attend, shop, and enjoy wine and cheese. The cost of admittance is $5 but free to rummage sale volunteers. The party will be held 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 11.
March 6 will be “Wear Something from a Previous Rummage Sale” and receive $5 off while shopping at the sale.
To accomplish the sale we need many volunteers and we are grateful for your help. Volunteering is a great way to get to know other parishioners, recycle, donate to the community, and even get some exercise.
If you need large items picked up from your house, please call Lisa Edwards at 859-391-5452. Due to limited storage space, these items cannot be picked up until near the time of the sale.

After Adult Forum on March 6: Bringing things up from the basement
Mornings: Wednesday - Friday (March 9) 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Evenings: Wednesday and Thursday (March 10) 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
(Break in the afternoon from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
And for the sale….
March 12: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Helping with the sale
March 12: 1:00 p.m. to ????? - Packing up and cleaning

A Few Reminders:
Please make every effort to sort through items and discard anything broken, torn, stained, etc.
All clothing should be clean.
Children’s toys and furniture should be in safe condition.
We are not accepting mattresses, TVs, or computers this year.
The proceeds from this sale fund Trinity’s ECW for the year which include donations to charities.
