ECW Solstice Sound Bath: Dec. 21

Trinity ECW (Episcopal Church Women) invites you to a Solstice Sound Bath Saturday December 21st at 2pm in the Choir Room.

Come and relax yourself as the holidays approach and Winter begins. Following the Sound Bath we will have Sweets in the May room and annual ECW update.

So just what is a sound bath? Crystal bowls will be played which create a resonant sound and vibration. These sounds and vibrations create a deeply relaxing energy like slipping into a warm bubble bath.
