Evensong!

The Trinity Choir will sing Evensong on Sunday, February 27 at 5:00 p.m. The Rev. Peter D’Angio will be officiant. Canticles are the “Short Service” by English Renaissance composer Orlando Gibbons. The anthem is Joel Martinson’s “He Took Them to the Mountaintop.” The anthem is a mysterious and mystical setting of the text and dedicated to “the Holy People of God at the Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration, Dallas, Texas,” where Joel serves as Director of Music Ministries and Organist. The lessons are for the Transfiguration, celebrated on the Last Sunday after the Epiphany in addition to August 6.
