Summer Choir Sunday: Aug. 27

Calling all singers!  If you have been thinking that the Summer Choir might be a fun thing to try, your last chance is this Sunday, August 27. 

Rehearsal is at 9:30 a.m. in the church.  We will be singing Hymn 659 from our hymnal with a tune by Calvin Hampton (1938-1984).  This tune has an obligato which will be played by violinist Joel Butler.  We sit in the congregation for the service and gather by the organ during the Peace to sing at the Offerotry.
