TED Schedule: March 2022

During Lent the TED presentations immediately after Sunday services in the May Room will focus on our connections with one another, with our church and with our community.

March 6: John Lucas, Pam Boyle, and Ann Hicks will help us connect to past parishioners and the history of the Trinity through its pew kneelers. They will discuss how the kneelers are made and share stories about those honored in particular kneelers.

March 13: Our own Brigitte Blom will inform us about the state of affairs in public education and current trends in Kentucky schools. As president and CEO of the Prichard Committee for Academic Excellence, she works with educators, parents, and others to improve outcomes for students, preschool through college.

March 20: Many of you probably know Carole Ganim, our fellow parishioner, as a member of the choir, but you probably don’t know that she's the author of a book called Being Out of Order. It's about her life as a Catholic nun, her decision to leave orders, and the experiences of other women in the same situation. It’s a fascinating book and you will enjoy connecting with Carole.

March 27: Come listen to how the youth of Trinity have handled the pandemic. We guarantee you’ll learn something from it. A roundtable discussion will give us a chance to reconnect, share experiences, and ask each other questions that will lead to discussion and connection.

April 3: Members of Trinity’s Becoming the Beloved Community will help guide us through Part 2 of our discussion on race.

Please get some coffee or tea and join for this informative, inspiring, and fun series.
