Walking and Psalms

Fred and I started walking 3-4 miles a day back in March, and we have kept it up minimum six days a week. Guess what - we are in the best shape we have been in for years. I have read the Book of Psalms every month since March, and though I don't connect with every verse, many verses shout at me.

New hobbies

Even though COVID has been hard for me in some ways, in one way it has been very uplifting. I have found a new hobby. I wanted to send cards to more Trinity people when I can't see them. So, I thought to myself, why don't I make cards. I actually love it! This is a way to nurture others and at the same time use my artistic skills to create.
