Get Reading! Books and Beliefs is back September 27!

We are starting this year with a doozy! Please join us on September 27 at 10 am in the Parlor as we discuss Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver. A Co-Winner of the 2023 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction, Kingsolver's latest novel is coming of age tale in rural Appalachia (that's App-a-latch-a) in the midst of the opiate crisis. Inspired by David Copperfield by Charles Dickens, this tale about a boy Damon Fields, is "both hilarious and heartbreaking", according to the Louisville Courier-Journal. Rebekah Gensler will lead the discussion.
