Nov. 2: Evensong

Evensong on All Saints’ Sunday (November 2) at 5:00 p.m. will be sung by the choirs of Trinity and Church of the Good Shepherd, Lexington. Music includes “Sing Me to Heaven” by Daniel Gawthrop, “God Be in My Head” by our guest conductor Mattilda Middleton, and Magnificat and Nunc dimittis by George Dyson (1883-1964). This will be the second time the Good Shepherd choir has joined us for Evensong. Next year the Trinity Choir will join them for a service in Lexington. Officiant for the service will be Sr. Carina from the Community of the Transfiguration in Glendale. A reception follows this meditative service.
