EYC (Episcopal Youth Community) - 7th to 12th grade

The primary gathering for EYC is Sunday evenings in their own very creative space. Trinity youth are joined by youth from other northern Kentucky Episcopal churches for spiritual discussions and social activities. This year we will look closely at what it means to Change the World through acts of love.

Trinity’s youth are active participants in worship as well—serving as acolytes, readers, and livestream technicians—contributing meaningfully to the life of the church and developing leadership skills along the way. Contact Shannon Geimerhardt for details.

Qûm (pronounced koom) - Gen Z/Millennials

A group for Millennial and Gen Z folks designed with busy professionals and families in mind. This new group meets every 4th Sunday of the month (at the same time as EYC) and rotates through fellowship, service and study. Contact Ben Morris for details.

Episcopal Church Women

Led by a board of nine women, this group supports the work of the church through fundraisers and community building events, such as the Rummage Sale and Sprouts & Stouts Festival/Garden Mart. Other Interest Groups

Supper Groups

Supper groups are a way for parishioners to get together and learn more about each other while sharing a meal. Assigned groups are released in February and each of the group members hosts a meal one time during the year. Hosts offer up several date options and times for the other members to select from. Meals can be at the host’s home, a restaurant, a park, or any other space they decide to meet. It is intended that each group will do their best to meet at each member’s home once before the end of the year. Contact Robb Dorward for details.

Other Interest Groups

Needlepoint Guild

Both experienced and beginning stitchers meet about once a month as they create treasures like our prayer cushions in the nave and the Days of Creation for the May Room. Contact Jen Swendiman for details.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

Members share their knitting and crocheting skills by making prayer shawls and baby blankets as a ministry for those who could use a reminder that they are being held in prayer. If you would like to make shawls or if you or someone you know needs a shawl, please contact Amy Kelly.

Books & Beliefs

All are welcome to attend the Books & Beliefs meetings! Some folks are “regulars,” and some come to discuss a book of particular interest. We typically meet at 10 a.m. on the fourth Wednesday of the month from September through May. Meetings are held in the parlor.
