Sept 13: Soup Sunday Returns

Our first Soup Sunday of the year is Sunday, September 13!

As always, we invite you to bring your favorite soup or dessert to share. If you are bringing a soup, please sign up at the Communication Station so we know how many soups to plan for. We are also looking for volunteers to help throughout the morning, and especially with cleanup afterward. Never helped before? No problem — we will train you!

Have a Favorite Soup? We Have an Offer for You!

Have a favorite soup or family recipe you would love to share, but you do not cook or simply do not have the time to make it? Get the recipe to Steve or Bill and we will make it for you!

Do not have a recipe? No problem. Maybe there is a soup you love, or maybe you have always thought a favorite dish would make a great soup. Let us know! We will find a recipe, come up with one — or just wing it!

Just make sure to get your recipe, soup request, or idea to Steve or Bill well ahead of Soup Sunday so we have time to plan, shop, and get it made.

Soup Sunday is about much more than the food. It is an important part of our life together at Trinity and a perfect opportunity to catch up with old friends, meet and welcome new parishioners, and simply sit down and share a meal with our church family.

So bring a soup, bring a dessert, lend a hand, or just bring yourself — and join us in the May Room on September 13 right after Church!
