Trinity’s Domain Weekend COVID-19 Guidelines

Trinity’s Domain weekend is rapidly approaching and as a Vestry we can’t be more excited and thankful that we can gather at Domain this year. It is also our reality that Covid-19 numbers are rising rapidly in KY, and that vaccines are not possible for our children under 12 now or any time in the near future. In response to current circumstances, Vestry has adopted the following recommended health and safety event policies:

  1. In order to attend Domain weekend, everyone 12 years of age and older must show either proof of vaccination against Covid-19 (last shot given 2 weeks prior to Domain) or a negative Covid-19 test taken within 72 hours upon arrival at Domain.  Children under 12 are excluded from this requirement. Covid-19 vaccination records can be provided via this form, via email to vax@trinitycovington.org or brought to church before domain. The email and form are secure and will only be viewed by one person. Emails and form data will be deleted after being viewed. Alternately, Vestry members will be available after church services every Sunday between now and Domain weekend to verify your records.

  2. At this time, it is Domain policy that masks are worn inside common areas by everyone, regardless of vaccination status, while at Domain. Also, upon arrival everyone needs to:

    • Have their temperature taken and recorded at check-in.

    • Turn in the Domain Covid Self-Assessment Form.

    • Provide your negative Covid-test result (if not vaccinated).

FREE Covid-19 tests are available with same day results at the drive-thru Gravity Diagnostics testing site at the IRS lot by Trinity. They are open Monday-Friday 6am-1pm and no appointments are necessary. The address is 302 W 4th Street, Covington, KY 41011. Free tests are also available at Walgreens and CVS by appointment. More testing options are available here.
