New Business:
Book of Remembrance (Peggy Johnson)
o Background document and Investment Policy Statement distributed.
o Peggy Johnson gave a brief history of the trust.
o Current Trustees are Jean Brann, Chris Kelley, Robert Edwards, John Lucas, and Peggy Johnson.
o January 1, 2022 the balance was over 11 million. As of the 3rd quarter of 2022 the balance is approximately 8.5 Million.
o The trust will be receiving a large gift from the estate of Don Will and Don Neff.
o The terms of Jean Brann and John Lucas are set to expire at the end of 2022. The trustees will present recommendations/nominations at the November meeting for trustee election in December. The vestry will accept all nominations for trustees at the November meeting.
o The trustees have a goal of digitizing all of their records in the coming years. As Clerk of the Vestry, Brandon Gabbard will create a Book of Remembrance folder in the Trinity Episcopal Church shared drive and invite the Trust to use it.

§ Continue with normal operations
§ Form a committee to work on parking lot issues
§ Formulate a master plan for the maintenance that has been deferred since funding of Planned Maintenance was paused in 2016.

Physical Resources (Brandon Gabbard and Matt Butler)
o Matt Butler and Brandon Gabbard gave a presentation on the maintenance that has been deferred since the defunding of the Planned Maintenance fund and the suspended Planned Maintenance Schedule.
o A handout with details of the presentation was distributed.
o Planning on how to address funding in the future will be a priority of the upcoming vestry year.
o A report by the environmental consulting company, SOL, was also made available. This report along with future engineering from our architectural firm, Hub Weber, will guide future capital spending.
o The environment, comfort, and cost will be factors in planning as well.

o A gift was received from Dennis Harrell from the Lorna Harrell estate.
