  • Steering committee working to coordinate the work of all the capital campaign teams to avoid scheduling conflicts

  • Brandon Gabbard gave a report on the solutions recommended by the physical resources commission regarding entry door security (see report)

    • Discussion:

    • Brandon will speak with Matt Elliott regarding his experience as a door guard at Christ Church Cathedral Lexington and report findings to vestry

  • Brandon Gabbard described roof leaks in the sacristy and in the sanctuary near the organ and distributed a bid to repair from HKC Roofing.

    • Discussion:

    • Motion: “Approve non-budgetary funding to proceed with repairs as detailed in HKC Roofing estimate.”

  • Brandon Gabbard recommended replacement of May Room condenser unit due to age and condition. Unit will be relocated from north garden to roof top as part of plan to move all units out of north garden.
