Old Business:

• Financial update

  • No major or minor changes to the finances

• Trinity Listening Survey results (19 online submittals, 54 paper submittals)

  • Most parishioners are happy with the online services and the coffee hour. A few have said that the online services are not the ideal solution

  • Most parishioners appreciate the caring circles. Maybe use each caring circle group to develop a zoom group chat

  • Some parishioners want to be able to meet in small groups at the church

  • There was a mixture of grief and sadness; wanting to be together

  • Some parishioners were frustrated with the lack of communication

  • Keeping up with outreach activities was also mentioned

  • Trinity is still discussing a way to pay for it. There is the possibility that there is enough to take from the Physical Resources budget
