Christ the King Day: Nov. 24
On Sunday, November 24, join us at Trinity Episcopal Church for a meaningful celebration of Christ the King Sunday, marking the end of the liturgical year and honoring Jesus as our King and Shepherd. This day invites us to recognize Christ’s reign in our lives and renew our commitment to His kingdom of love and justice. Here's how we will celebrate together:
Dress for a King: Everyone is encouraged to wear their best attire in honor of being in the presence of our King. Let’s make this a joyful, reverent occasion!
Stewardship Ingathering: We invite you to bring your stewardship pledges as part of our commitment to supporting the ministry and work of Trinity in the year ahead. Let’s lay our gifts before Christ as a community, reflecting His generosity.
Children’s Procession: Our children will lead a beautiful procession with banners and crowns, symbolizing offerings of love and devotion. They will lay these items at the altar as a reminder of our role in Christ's kingdom.
Special Eucharist with Fr. Jason: The Eucharist will be a central part of our celebration, with Father Jason leading us in this sacred communion as we honor Christ's kingship.
Reception to Follow: After the service, please join us for a reception with refreshments, fellowship, and time to celebrate as a community. This will be a wonderful way to close out the church year together!
Come, let us joyfully proclaim Christ as our King and reflect His light in the world. We look forward to celebrating with you and your family this Sunday!
