Kitchen Notice

You do not need to be a certified kitchen person to help with any event in the kitchen. If a particular group is having an event that has been publicized outside of Trinity and you are serving food, you need to have a certified kitchen person on the premises. If food is  being provided from an outside caterer you do not need a certified kitchen person to serve the food.
