Congregational Assessment Tool: Apr. 20
The CAT is coming! The CAT is coming!
In a few weeks the Search Committee will be releasing the Congregational Assessment Tool, otherwise known as the CAT. The CAT will help provide a clear picture of who we are as a church, and what direction is most important for our future. It will also provide key indicators of our congregational health, along with areas of challenge, and potential growth.
Over the next two Sundays, there will be an insert in the bulletin for parishioners to indicate whether they would like to complete the CAT digitally (preferred), or have a paper copy. The inserts can be completed and dropped into the marked collection boxes located at all 3 of the entrances to the Sanctuary.
If you currently receive digital correspondence from the church (TW@Trinity, Chimes, etc), it will be assumed you will want the digital version of the CAT and no action will be necessary on your part. The CAT will be anonymous and will be open to all active parishioners ages 16 years and up.
Once started digitally, the assessment must be competed in its entirety.
All requests must be received by noon, Sunday, April 20th.
If you have any questions, you may contact any of the Search Committee members: Matt Swendiman, Robb Dorward, Nancy Grayson, Todd Garland, Lisa Curry, Mary Ann Weiss or Katie Davidson.
