VESTRY NOMINEES

Jean Brann

It is so refreshing to experience the renewed energy, fellowship and communion at Trinity! Though I thought Vestry service was part of my past, I want to be on the team encouraging continuance. What I expect to contribute most is institutional memory, having served many terms on Vestry, Finance Commission Chair, BOR Trustee Chair, Treasurer, etc.

Emily Cahill

I am very interested in serving on Vestry for Trinity Episcopal Church. My previous tenure on Vestry was from 2012 - 2014 when our parish was undergoing its search for Father Peter. This was a time of great change, challenge, and growth for our parish. As we find ourselves in this same circumstances again, I know that my experience will serve the parish well to bring us through the next chapter of change, challenge, and growth.

I have been attending Trinity since 2001 with my husband, Paul. We were married at Trinity in 2003, and have raised our two children, Sean and Lily, in this incredible faith community. We have been so blessed by the many programs, service opportunities, and extended community of friends we have made here. Trinity is a part of us, as I hope you also consider it part of you.

In my time at Trinity I have served on the Vestry, served as Junior Warden while on Vestry, been a member of numerous committees, serve as chimer, sacristan, usher, greeter, and lector during the service, taught Godly Play, assisted with VBS, attended Cathedral Domain parish weekends, and our children have grown up loving camps at Cathedral Domain. My family and I are committed to bringing out the best in and for Trinity - now and in the future. I’m excited to have the opportunity to run for Vestry and hope that I will have your trust in this very important position in our parish.

Lisa Curry

I am running for the vestry to share my talents and represent our congregation and strive to provide leadership and growth for our diverse community of faith.

DIOCESAN CONVENTION DELEGATE NOMINEES

Katie Davidson

Thank you for considering me for a Delegate to the Diocesan Convention in 2025! I have been a member of Trinity for 42 years, and have served 3 terms on Vestry, as well as 2 terms as Junior Warden. I have also been a past delegate to the Diocesan Convention, and am very interested in participating next year. I am very interested in how we can make Trinity a more active participant in Diocesan decisions, and feel that it is very important to have a voice, and vote, at every Convention. I hope that I will be considered to be a representative of Trinity in 2025. Thank you!!

Brandon Gabbard

I have been very involved in the Diocese in the past but less so in recent years. With the upcoming election of a new bishop this seemed like a good time to get involved again. I worked full time for the diocese in the early 2000’s and have been involved in the youth programs my entire life. I look forward to being involved at the convention if elected.

Todd Garland

I currently serve on the vestry and have served as a delegate to Diocesan Convention for the past two years. Convention acknowledges and honors that our parish is part of the larger church. It's important that we have representation, and I am happy and honored to represent this amazing parish.

Emery Schmidt

I have been a convention delegate in 2023 and 2024. It has been an honor to represent Trinity and help with important voting events.

Mary Ann Weiss

I care greatly about Trinity and our diocese and would like us to know one another better. I have been deeply involved both at Trinity and Diocese in the past including being to many conventions. I will urge the TED leaders at Trinity that the deputies to convention report back to the parish after the Convention.
