Old Business:
Financial Update (Josh Mitchell and Peter D’Angio)
Giving and general pledging is down due to suspension of church worship services and some parishioners who have lost their jobs
Will continue to encourage donations through Amazon, Kroger, etc
The audit of Trinity’s finances was less than budgeted - by $5,000
Could potentially save money due to the postpone of certain events such as the Capital Campaign celebration
Thoughts on possibly acquiring a donor to pay for the organ repair
Peter discussed the progress and problems in applying for the USBank paycheck protection program. There is no guarantee that Trinity will be awarded the protection
Discussion
Motion: none
This was not a motion to approve, just a discussion
Coronavirus COVID-19 update
Large number of parishioners and “Friends of Trinity” viewing the Live stream worship service (as of Sunday, April 19th – 261 Facebook, 112 You Tube). Maybe think about marketing and engaging present and future parishioners via the internet, beyond this COVID-19 time period (to increase the donor pool)
Caring Circles are working well. Need suggestions on other ways to engage the congregation
Discussion
Motion: none

New Business:
· Physical Resources Wish List and Classroom Roof Repair (Joe Creaghead)
In 2018, the vestry approved a wish list. The vestry said that the updated wish list does not need to approve every item. As the list changes and the physical resources commission informs the vestry, the vestry will bring up the items at a future meeting.
The roof is leaking in certain parts of the building. Josh Mitchell had two ideas on how to pay for this repair: snow removal budget did not exist for winter 2019/2020 or tightening the budget by December if necessary
